B-A-G Song Assignment

Your B-A-G song composition should:

1. Be 8 measures long in 4 / 4 time.

2. Use only quarter notes and eighth notes.

3. Be sing-able and playable for Recorder instrument.

4. Have no more than 2 quarter or half rests.

5. Have no more than 2 whole notes.

6. Only use the notes B, A and G

For students needing more challenge, in addition to the above:

Compose a Recorder duet on two separate staves, or compose a Recorder solo with a piano accompaniment.
